Terms of Service

FAST HELP ON DEMAND AI AUTOMATION™
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of fasthelpondemand.com and purchases from Fast Help On Demand AI Automation™ (“FHOD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, submitting a form, booking a service, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
1. Services and Digital Products
FHOD is an online business offering business assessments, executive consulting, business strategy, AI-supported analysis, workflow guidance, training, documentation, digital books, and business resources. Service scope, timing, and deliverables may be described on the website, checkout page, proposal, invoice, or written agreement. If documents conflict, the signed proposal or written agreement controls for that engagement.
2. Assessments, AI, and Professional Judgment
Complimentary assessments provide limited, high-level preliminary findings. Paid assessments may provide deeper analysis, research, priorities, and an actionable roadmap according to the purchased scope. Our work may use AI-assisted tools, third-party research, and professional review. AI-supported information can be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be treated as a substitute for the client’s own judgment or qualified legal, financial, tax, medical, cybersecurity, or other licensed advice.
3. No Guaranteed Results
FHOD does not guarantee sales, leads, new clients, revenue, profit, savings, rankings, funding, business growth, or any other specific outcome. Recommendations are based on available information and cannot control market conditions, customer behavior, third-party platforms, implementation, staffing, or business decisions. Results vary, and the client remains responsible for all decisions and actions.
4. Payments and No Refunds
All sales are final. Because work may begin immediately and digital products may be delivered or accessed promptly, payments for assessments, consulting, research, custom deliverables, digital books, downloads, and other services are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or expressly promised in a signed written agreement. Please review the scope and product description before purchasing. Failure to use, download, complete, or implement a purchased item does not create a refund right.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and authorized information; respond to reasonable requests; review deliverables; and obtain any internal approvals required. You must not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information unless FHOD specifically requests it through an approved method. FHOD may rely on information you provide and is not responsible for errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unauthorized information.
6. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
The website, assessments, reports, templates, books, branding, text, graphics, and other FHOD materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, purchases grant the buyer a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the delivered material internally. You may not resell, publish, copy, distribute, sublicense, remove notices from, or use our materials to create a competing product without written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the website; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security or operation; upload malicious code; impersonate another person; submit information you lack authority to provide; violate another party's rights; or use FHOD content or services for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful purposes.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The website and services may rely on Wix, payment processors, scheduling tools, analytics, communication providers, AI tools, research sources, or other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. FHOD is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, errors, content, or security outside our reasonable control.
9. Communications and Opt-Outs
If you provide consent or otherwise lawfully receive communications from us, we may contact you by email, telephone, or text regarding inquiries, transactions, appointments, assessments, or services. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe method provided or by emailing info@fasthelpondemand.com. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP or using any other reasonable opt-out request. You may ask not to receive calls during a call or by email. Transactional or legally required messages may still be sent when permitted.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, services, and materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FHOD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, customers, or business opportunities. FHOD's total liability arising from a paid purchase will not exceed the amount paid to FHOD for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Suspension and Termination
FHOD may refuse, suspend, or terminate access or services for nonpayment, misuse, unlawful conduct, abuse, security concerns, material breach, or conduct that threatens FHOD, its providers, or others. Provisions intended to survive termination—including payment, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—remain effective.
12. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date.
