This Privacy Policy explains how Fast Help On Demand AI Automation™ (“FHOD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through fasthelpondemand.com and related online services.

1. Information We Collect

  • Information you provide, such as name, business name, title, email address, contact preferences, questionnaire and assessment responses, appointment details, uploaded files, payment or transaction details, and communications with us.

  • Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, timestamps, cookies, and similar technologies.

  • Information from service providers and public sources when reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, perform research, verify business information, prevent fraud, or provide a purchased service.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, medical records, financial-account credentials, passwords, or other highly sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it through an approved secure method.

2. How We Use Information

FHOD may use AI-assisted tools and service providers to help organize information, conduct approved research, analyze responses, draft materials, support quality review, and deliver services. We may also use providers for website hosting, forms, CRM, scheduling, payments, analytics, email, text messaging, file storage, and security. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by their own terms and applicable law.

4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to service providers, professional advisers, implementation partners requested or approved for an engagement, authorities when legally required, or a successor in connection with a merger, financing, sale, or transfer of business assets. We may also disclose information to protect FHOD, users, or others from fraud, misuse, security threats, or legal claims. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their independent marketing.

5. Payments, Cookies, and Third-Party Links
Payments may be processed by Wix or another payment provider. FHOD generally does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. The website may use essential, preference, analytics, and similar cookies. Browser settings may limit cookies, but some website functions may not work properly. Links to third-party websites are governed by those parties' privacy practices, not this Policy.

6. Email, Text, and Call Choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe method provided or by emailing info@fasthelpondemand.com. If you consent to text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply; consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out by replying STOP or making another reasonable opt-out request. You may request not to receive calls during a call or by email. We will honor valid opt-out requests as required by law. Transactional, service, security, or legally required messages may still be sent when permitted.

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations.
